String Along Quilt Show

To begin, it has been so long since I've posted. We got a new computer, and it took a few days to move everything over from the old one. Then, I had to (with help) figure out the new photo editing. Having said that, here are some antique quilts from the recent show.

This is a liberated wool, new quilt. Isn't it wonderful?

Feedsack strips make for a quaint medallion quilt.
What a dynamic string quilt!
This is really a log cabin, but it is a charmer, I think.

Getting a new computer can be a mixed blessing for awhile. Thanks for sharing the photos. Don't you love the amount of quilting women put on their quilts. It made them so wonderful.

Beautiful quilts. Love the hand quilted wreath around the leaves in the first one - and how great they have the family information.
The wool colors are so rich - would love to touch it ;-)
Thanks for sharing these - and enjoy your new computer!
