Not wanting the remnants, I pieced the back, and kind of like it. But I'm yearning to work with repros again soon. First I have to work on my daughter's modern quilt of aqua and grey.

Oh I like it. Great fabrics and the backing is perfection!!!
That 9-year-old has a good eye. : )
Wow, two quilts out of your comfort zone in a row. I hope you come through unscathed!!
Good job. My oldest grandchild is 9. He really wants to quilt, but energy is low at my house. I am thinking of taking him to a quilting class and then..doing it myself. Diane
I bet she loves the bright colors. I'm thinking the back might have taken longer to piece than the front. Great job!
I love both sides, but the back really interests and delights me. What a wonderful gift.
I LOVE this quilt! The colors are wonderful....and the back is awedome!

what a fun quilt - the back is terrific!
looking forward to seeing the aqua and grey - interesting combination
It's a fun bright quilt and will be all the more treasured since you let your granddaughter make choices and participate;).
Ah, it is precious!~! It is fun to work out of our comfort zone every now and then.
