Beautiful scrappy blocks - love the fabrics you have chosen - the greenish squares tie it all together nicely! Would love to visit that shop - everything looks so tempting.

What a wonderful block--and I think I would like to camp a while in that quilt shop!!
LOVE this block design wow, its going to be a great quilt , can't wait to see it finished.
Lucky you finding a quilt shop like that, wish it was close to me.

great scrappy block. I've never seen this pattern before.
What a great looking shop - howfun
What a great quilt! Well worth delaying a glass of wine now and then ;-)
The shop looks fabulous - how rare to find a shop so plentiful in Repros.
Great quilt! I love all the scrappiness anchored with the yellow. Totally yummy!
Such a terrific scrap block.
I've never seen this pattern - your quilt is going to look fabulous!
I am wondering about the pattern at the top of the page - your intro block. I have never seen the feathered pinwheel type design. I absolutely love the entire picture. Do you have a pattern? If so where and how much?? Thank you.
Thanks for cluing me in to a repro shop in a mid-atlantic state! I had to look up Goldsboro but I will definitely try to get there sometime. I started a hand pieced project very similar to yours. A friend has an exquisite antique baby quilt in a similar pattern. My pieces are about 7/8" so who knows when I'll finish. Thanks for the warning about the wine. I'll lay off it when hand piecing my repro of the crib quilt.
I love the block and how it plays with the nieghbours. It's going to be a fantastic quilt.
'Anglars' doesn't have a listed email, so I'm answering the blog header question here. The applique quilt in the header was on display at the 2010 Chicago Quilt Show. I'm not aware of a pattern for this quilt.
Wow, all those little triangles... !
I just finished making a bunch of them myself, so I know how tedious that can be. Do you have any secrets?
I look forward to seeing more of your quilt as it progresses, as its going to be a stunner.
I love the quilt you're using for the banner on your blog. Where can I see the original pic??
