Temecula

I spent an hour last Saturday morning at Temecula Quilt Co (no pics)!  It's a great shop filled with eye-candy for repro quilt lovers.  Luck was with me, as the town was having an outdoor quilt show.  The plan was to drive down main street and view from the car, but quilts were calling - 'a picture's worth a thousand words'!

  7. My horoscope that morning said 'show restraint' (remember my recent PA trip). My souvenir was a fat eighth bundle of Jo Morton's new line - Annandale. I love every piece!

  14. I wish I had been there instead of the small quilt show I did go to. The quilts are stunners.

  15. Okay, you sold me. I have hotel reservations in Temecula for Oct 26. I was thinking of canceling after a particularly unrestrained trip through fabulous Wisconsin quilt shops this week but you've convinced me to go. Lucky you to see the quilt show, too.

  17. Thanks for sharing. I really LOVE the quilt on the left in the first photo. Also noticed Shadow of the Wind on your reading list. I loved that book. His next one was not as good IMHO. I understand he has plans for a series of 5
